Some comments :

New Tibetan Colony, staying in a guest house in this area the first month, I could see a quiet different world than it is New Delhi ; mostly Tibetan people sometimes playing, jocking or arguing with Indian.

Nice place : I advice !

FRRO is the place of which I guess all the expats of New Delhi have done some nightmare. You go there to register yourself, to have a permit. But the Indian way to manage administrative stuff shows itself there really representatively. Indeed, after 4 half days (and a lot of round trips between photocopies, other administrative office, notaries) I could at least have an registration till....end of next January...So, all that mess will begin again.

 

And lastly, I was surprised in the JNU Campus to see so many claiming posters, with really strong position and nice designs.
